Mgbuosimini Killings: Hausa community in rivers mourn two men
A
northern Leader in Port Harcourt, Musa Saidu has mourned the death of two northerners
in Monday’s attack at the Slaughter area of Mgbuosimin.
Alhaji
Saidu who made this known on Thursday, in Port Harcourt said Nasir Mahmud and Muhammed
Ibrahim were good men who worked hard to support their family.
He
said Nasir left behind a wife and three children; According to Saidu, the men
supplied cows at the slaughter market in the area.
Saidu
said the death of both men came at a time when the Hausa community were still
mourning the death of their kinsmen in the IPOB attack on Hausas living in
Oyigbo
Meanwhile
meat sellers at the market are mourning the death of their colleagues Nasir and
Ibrahim.
Some
of the sellers said they are in shock over the incident.
Over
a dozen persons were killed and set
ablaze by unknown gunmen in the eraly hours of Monday at the slaughter area of
Mgbuosimini Obio Akpor Local Government Area Rivers State.
