Crime is Politicised in Rivers state - Gov Nyesom Wike

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike says increase of insecurity and youth restiveness was due to politicization of crime in the country.

 

Governor Wike stated this when participants of course twenty six of  National Defense College Abuja who are in Rivers State for a study tour paid him a courtesy visit in Port Harcourt.

He says study tour such as this should form basis for policies and programmes for the country.

Earlier, Course Secretary and Leader of the Team, Air Vice Marshal Shaffi Ndana said the team is made up of twelve participants including allied participant from Zimbabwe.

The Course twenty six participants of the National Defence College, Abuja has its theme: Youth Empowerment and National security: Issues and Prospect
