Creek Road Construction: Market Women in Rivers State appeal for Alternative space for their Mercentile

Traders at the Creek Road Market in Port Harcourt have commended the ongoing reconstruction of the Creek Road by the Rivers State government but called for provision of an alternative space for traders even if temporarily.

Some of the traders including Mrs. Beauty Bianu and Mrs. Maria Prince said this to newsmen, Monday, in Port Harcourt.

The Traders who said their businesses were their only means of livelihood lamented that they were being asked to vacate the place.

The traders appealed to the State government to relocate them to another place.
